About 3 hours through rolling farmland toward Wood Stanway, passing near Stanway House with its famous fountain if you have time for a detour. The walking mixes gentle lanes with short pulls onto the ridge - classic Cotswold escarpment without anything too punishing yet.

Wood Stanway is tiny even by Cotswold standards. Confirm your accommodation before you arrive; many walkers push on to Winchcombe if beds are full.
